Control Cravings For Chocolate
The chocolate has a strong appeal for many of us, deprives us of the best intentions of reducing calories and controlling our weight. How can we control the cravings? Much more common in women (97%) than men (68%) to understand the nostalgic taste rich and creamy and dense, calorie packaged food and all the feelings that go with them is something many of us.

Chocolate lovers have been deprived of their preferred treatment for three days, and were told not to exercise or caffeine for two hours before the test phase.
During the test, blood pressure and heart rate were monitored and subjects completed food craving questionnaires.
While one group sat in silence, a separate group of subjects was asked to walk on a treadmill for 15 minutes – a strict form, without walking out of breath. How you can walk if you try to take a bus.
The two groups have completed their electronic verification and were allowed to handle, but no taste, wrapped in a piece of chocolate. Now that’s fun … Up Close and Personal.
