Discover Omega-3 Health Benefits

Omega-3 health benefits are numerous, as most of you know now. But until recently, it was feared that supplementation could be associated with an increased risk of bleeding. The latest research shows that we do not really worry.

It was feared that the supplement could contribute to aggravate ulcers or bleeding, ulcerative colitis or other bleeding disorders. He was also concerned that there will be an increased risk of bleeding in pregnant women; people would recover from the surgery and the use of aspirin or anticoagulants.

In the latest study, conducted at Drexel University College of Medicine in Pennsylvania, researchers compared the number of bleeding episodes in patients taking aspirin and anticoagulation for participants in the fish oil of ‘aspirin and anticoagulant therapy was held. They conclude that consumption of fish oil, which is the richest source of omega-3 fatty acids, certainly, even in combination with other drugs.

That said, a sick person should not be treated yourself. If you are healthy enough, you can easily up to three grams per day, depending on weight. Most manufacturers recommend that only two grams, which are generally two capsules per day.

Omega-3 health benefits are many; many of them are on the long-term health of the heart. Some of these age-related risk factors for heart disease include high cholesterol, high blood triglycerides, and hypertension. Fish oil reduces all three.

There is also an advantage for the normal, healthy brain function and mood disorders. Babies and toddlers have access to an omega-3 called DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) or their brains do not develop normally.

Studies show that children have shown at the primary school age, with a disorder attention deficit may benefit from a daily supplement diagnosed. It can also be omega-3 health benefits for people with Alzheimer’s disease, a degenerative brain disease that eventually leads to death.
